The Role: Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and improve customer engagement. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring all posts are posted on time and are relevant to target audiences.
- Perform ongoing analysis and report on social media performance (engagement metrics, follower growth, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and community engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive online community.
- Utilize social media tools to track and analyze posts, engagement, and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including their analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
